OPTI-SOAK® Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution
|
|
|
OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution is a convenient to use, one-step conditioning solution that disinfects during storage and imporoves lens wettability for greater lens wearing comfort. Groeth of harmful germs is prevented while lenses are stored.
OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution is specially formulated to enhance the wettability characteristics of rigid gas permeable and hard lenses, to improve lens wearing comfort and increase wearing time.
OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution is a carefully balanced sterile solution buffered to approximately the pH and tonicity of the eye. It contains sodium chloride, sodium phosphates, polysorbate 80, hydroxyethylcellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol and is preserved with POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1) and disodium edetate.

Instructions For Use
|
|
|
General:
- Always wash and rinse your hands before handling your contact lenses.
- Always handle one lens, the right or left, first to avoid mix-ups.
- Clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses each time you remove them.
Clean:
- Remove lens and clean with a daily cleaner (e.g POLYCLENS® II Daily Cleaner).
- Rinse thoroughly with OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution or sterile saline.
Disinfection and Storage:
- Place lenses in the lens case.
- Fill the chambers with OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution, completely covering the lenses.
- Close the chambers of the lens storage case.
- Disinfect the lenses in OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution for a minimum of 4 hours before reinsertion.
- Place lenses onto eyes directly from the OPTI-SOAK Conditioning and Disinfecting Solution
- Empty your lens storage case, rinse and allow to air dry.
