Enroll or check your benefits now.

If you have not logged into ADP before:

  1. Visit the ADP U.S. Annual Enrollment. site. Enter your Alcon Employee ID and your initial password (your two-digit month and year of birth)
  2. When prompted to change your password, enter a new password
    • Must have at least 8 characters
    • Must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number or special character
  3. Enter the Benefits self-service site and click on "Annual Enrollment" to review and change your elections
