In order to determine whether you are eligible to apply for a grant from The Alcon Foundation, please complete our online Eligibility Questionnaire. The questionnaire should take not more than 2 minutes. If eligible, a link with further information regarding application submission will be provided.

General guidance for application review is 45 business days from the receipt date of the completed application. Please note, if you submit an application 45 business days prior to the date of a program or event, your notification of approval or denial may be received close to the date of the event. Additionally, if you submit an application 30 days or less prior to the date of a program or event, your request will not be considered.

This is not an application and is only intended to determine your eligibility to apply for a grant from The Alcon Foundation or an Alcon corporate gift. Completion of this Eligibility Questionnaire in no way guarantees that you will be eligible to apply for a grant or that your application will be accepted.
